A new community in Lopez Village
Housing Lopez will build a new 15-unit affordable rental community at the corner of Weeks Rd and Fishermen Bay Rd. Village North will include four, two-story structures with 12 one-bedroom and 3 two-bedroom apartments. We’re using the same awesome team that built FishBay Cottages: Method Homes and Sage Building Solutions will team up to construct Village North.
What will it cost to live at Village North?
The homes will be available for low income working people, seniors, and people experiencing homelessness or with special needs. All units are affordable to people earning up to 50% of the Area Median Income* (see the chart below) and two units will be ADA accessible. For households that qualify by income, the rents will be $771 for a one bedroom and $932 for a two bedroom apartment based on today’s limits.
