There's a New Community Coming to Lopez Village
Phase 1
Village North is Phase 1 of a three-phase development project on the site which will eventually provide up to 45 affordable rental housing units.
These homes will make a substantial dent in the affordable housing crisis on Lopez Island, and a significant improvement in the lives of low-income workers, seniors, and families who call Lopez home.
By housing the workers that create a functioning island economy, this project will be a game changer for the Lopez community as a whole.
