This year Housing Lopez has three important goals to improve Fishbay Cottages:
1)  Addition of a new storage shed on the property to safely and tidily store maintenance equipment
2)  Landscape enhancements for the common area to repair the grass and add native plants
3)  Addition of a bike rack for residents to store their bicycles
