Angie Lausch, Advisor and Member of the Project Development, Finance and Project Management/Resident Development Committees, has more than 28 years of property management experience. She began her career working on‐site for Goodman Financial Services (now Pinnacle) leasing up new apartment developments.

She spent ten years as a regional property manager for HSC Real Estate in Seattle, where she managed a diverse portfolio including mid‐rise, garden‐style and affordable housing properties totaling over 4,200 units.

She also spent more than eight years with Glacier Real Estate Services, a regional firm based in Seattle, where she managed a portfolio of 1,700 units including luxury high‐rise and mid‐rise buildings to garden‐style and affordable housing properties.

From 2008-2010, Angie worked as the Affordable Housing Coordinator for San Juan County, where she managed the County’s affordable housing funds and programs.

Angie returned to the property management field for four years as regional Vice President for ConAm Management, a national company based in San Diego. She joined Indigo Real Estate Services in February 2016 as an investment manager overseeing a portfolio of properties in Washington and Montana.
